2. Download Eisenhower.xls spreadsheet which contains the list of foreign holders of US Treasuries, contacts of heads of states, financial regulators, and key world organizations.

3. If you have additional addresses, information, or contacts, especially journalists, please contact me. I will update the list.

4. Write emails and file formal complaints to your governments, regulators, and journalists to report what you have witnessed.

5. Follow up with calls until you get an answer (tip: I find this exercise more efficient if a group plans the calls on the same day).
